Peter Schiff: Bitcoin is a slow horse

Euro Pacific Capital and crypto critic Peter Schiff recently gave his assessment of the development of digital layers. In a post on Twitter, he called bitcoin a “slow horse” unable to reach the finish line. The message is addressed to the president of the hedge fund Tudor Investment, Paul Tudor Jones, who announced at the end of May that he had transferred $ 50 million to cryptoassets.

“Vision, Paul is at the slowest pace, and bitcoin, and not the law, will not end the race,” predicted Peter Schiff, noting that in order to save his funds, Jones needs to convert his assets to precious metals. ,

Negative rhetoric towards cryptocurrency is associated with the inability to predict the dynamic development of prices not only for the short term, but also for the long term. The head of Euro Pacific Capital still prefers gold as a store of value.
