The lawsuit between Telegram and the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is ongoing. Until May 20, the messenger is committed to providing the regulator with all the necessary data on the sale of Gram tokens and interaction with investors on this issue in 2018. The parties have already signed an agreement.
It is known that the financial statements and, in particular, bank statements, as well as information about the concluded agreements, will also be included in the number of documents. In addition, Telegram will have to answer all questions of the department about negotiations with investors at all stages of joint work.
The messenger is likely to make such concessions in order to get approval from the agency to legally launch the TON platform before April 30 of next year, as its representatives promised their investors in information letters sent from early May.
