Investors of different ages invest in different ways, according to a study by the American holding JPMorgan Chase & Co. So, after analyzing the behavior during self-isolation associated with the spread of COVID-19, they came to the conclusion that the older generation are more cautious about cryptoassets, preferring gold to them, while young people are more focused on bitcoin and the securities of tech giants.
“Older players are still investing in excess liquidity in bond funds, in which they actively invested in the first two months of the summer,” – says a study by JPMorgan Chase & Co., noting that investor interest in the crypto market became especially noticeable after the growth of quotations of digital currencies, while the price of gold updated its 2016 highs. Traders are looking for alternative ways of investing in order to minimize risks.
At the moment, bitcoin quotes are around the 11.760 mark, and gold – $ 2058.20.
