The Monero Digital Asset Community (XMR) in collaboration with experts from Tari Labs will prepare a guide for the trading platform for working with private cryptocurrency instruments.
So, the head of legal compliance of Tari Labs, Louis Willacey, said that the document will include a wide study of private assets and answer crypto exchanges to the most common questions related to their use for illegal purposes (in particular, in money laundering). The authors agree that private tools carry greater risks, but they can be significantly reduced through enforcement once the necessary compliance mechanisms are in place.
The guide, “Fundamental Factors and Regulation of Privacy-Enhanced Cryptocurrencies,” will be published by Perkins Coie.
