Shenzhen and Huawei authorities will jointly develop blockchain technology

Last Friday, the Chinese Shenzhen authorities and representatives of the country’s largest telecommunications company Huawei signed a cooperation agreement, under which they will jointly develop innovative technologies. About this writes the publication Global Times in its social network.

In particular, the parties will focus on the introduction of artificial intelligence, big data, 5G and blockchain, and also demonstrate the capabilities of the city as an indicative location for creating chips.

It is worth noting that the choice of Shenzhen as an experimental region is not accidental: the city is one of the most technologically advanced territories in the world, and last year it was completely ranked second among the most comfortable venues for doing business. In addition, it is in Shenzhen that Huawei has its head office.
