Google Trends: Chechen residents are the most active in terms of bitcoin requests among Russians

Residents of Russia have become increasingly interested in digital assets. According to statistics provided by Google Trends, the leading positions in the ranking according to the number of Bitcoin requests are held by the Chechen Republic and the Republic of Dagestan. The movement of the asset is also observed by residents of Khakassia, Chukotka and the Irkutsk region.

It is worth noting that an increase in activity was observed during quarantine activities in March, when the stock and digital markets showed a downtrend. At the time, quotes of the first cryptocurrency were reduced to the area of ​​$ 3,800 per coin (-50% of the cost). However, there is now a decline in interest in the asset (in recent months, the indicator has decreased from 100 to 34 points).
